Beoplay good service

After about 1,5 years one of my H3 ANC earbuds had a problem:

The cord got loose from the earbud. Still sound, but I was afraid it would totally break.

Registered my warranty claim on Beoplay webpage. Got prompt email back with instructions on how to send in the kit using UPS prepaid service. Dropped the package off at UPS service point April 6 (just before a weekend). April 11 I got confirmation that package was received by Beoplay, and later that day they confirmed that the issue was covered by warranty and that I will get a brand new set of H3:s with new warranty. I got the kit delivered April 13 Smile

Excellent service!
