Is it possible (as for Beolink 5000) to set it in one way?

Yes - goto System | Setup | Components | etc (can't remember exactly), go through all the units you have, and if the Beolink doesn't receive a reply from the system (audio or video), it assumes it is a one-way unit.
The 7000 is quite unsatisfying to use in one-way mode, though.
