Am trying to get correct length of the above replacement.  Unit manufactured in1973-74 and different belt replacement  sites are giving me different lengths.  Had unit worked on in CA store recently and replaced belt. However, table runs slow and speed adjustment wheel doesn't seem to be able to correct situation.  Belt appears too large.  Any help would be appreciated and thanks.

Hi there - I've had good experience working with LPGEAR - Not only do they stock most belts but can also make a custom belt for you if you give them the measurements.  In my case I used a string to measure the exact belt path and they custom made a belt for me and sent it out in just a couple of days.

The speed adjustment issue may be unrelated to the belt but I can recommend LPGEAR without reservation

Good luck

Greg

So how do I order?  And is there a difference in size or do all the ones listed have the same diameter?

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Same diameter :-)
It's funny how people seem to think the diameter is the most important factor.
You can find sewer pipe gaskets with the same diameter as this belt - I have even seen such things sold as Beogram belts on Ebay!
Needless to say, they didn't work very well (or they probably wouldn't have ended up on my bench).
Well, the diameter is important, but it's not the most important property for this belt.
Elasticity and friction is! And they are quite difficult to get right.
