Dear all,

The tonearm of My beocenter 1800 only returns back to the start point after the the record ends. If I stop it, it will lift and stop at the same point.

Is it meant to return fully when I interrupt the track?..

Also there's a bit of electrical static from the stainless steel surround.

Any thoughts?
