Yesterday I decided to listen to an old jazz-vinyl (Eddie Locke & Roy Elderidge live at St Peter's Church NY 1978), and I was surprised by the good sound, listened through a beogram 2200, beocenter 9500 and Beovoxes S45-2. Wow!

Question: does anybody listen vinyl through modern/digital B&O speakers, like the beolab 5? It seems the wrong way around, analog -> digital?

I listen to vinyl through a pair of Beolab 9s.  I have heard vinyl during a Beolab 5 demo.  The sound was amazing.  I am planning on getting Beolab 5s but not until next year.

I listen to my Beolab 3000 tangential/MMC2 on my Beolab 8000s, not quite Beolab 5 levels of performance but it sounds very good!

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad
