Beomaster 2400 Receiver randomly switches to FM Radio while Beogram 3404 TT playing

Picked up a great setup from an Estate Sale.   Sounds soooo sweet but randomly switches to FM radio, usually after 10-15 minutes of starting to play an album.   Is this a short in the receiver?   Any ideas or suggestions?   Hate to mothball it as the sound is truly incredible.    Thanks!!
