Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a Network Engineer living in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.
Recently acquired some BO equipment (actually my wife found it at an estate sale and thought I would like it). She bought a Beogram 3400, Beomaster 2400 and an Akai GX-285D Reel to Reel. Oh and the next day, I decided to go and found a pair of BO S-45-2 speakers, that I quickly purchased for $25.
All of it is pretty heavy but I was so excited that I had everything setup and connected that night.
I read on this forum that you can purchase bulb and cap kits from members on here, are they still available?
My beombaster has quite a few bulbs out and it also has a nice hum. The only mechanical issue is the bass slide is either broken or has become disconnected because it doesn't do anything.
I included a picture of my setup. Thanks for letting me join this board, i'm sure i'll learn a lot from all the experience on here.

Welcome to Beoworld !
What a wonderful and classic setup.
For the Beomaster 1900 and 2400 (incl. the -2 models), both a capacitor kit, a lamp kit and a kit for repairing the bass, treble and balance potentiometers are available.
PM or email me.

Be careful you don't up the volume too much and rattle those 'tennis frogs' off the shelf.. right onto your deck

Thanks but they are safe, the speakers are far enough away.
Really like you classic set-up. Welcome aboard!
Hi and welcome - yes, love your setup and the S45-2s are great speakers. Great to see someone else with a reel to reel too.
