When starting play the display changed after 4 seconds to standby and the keypanel does not react anymore. The cassette however continues running and the device can only be stopped by unplugging.

All functions are working - set starttime, stop time, forward, backward etc. as far as you do not hit the play key.

I got the device running when I measured with the oscilloscope at pin 2 oft ic7 (oscillator) by accident and only twice.

Has anybody ans idea how to fix the Problem?

Check the power supply of the Beocord. In particular trace the power trail from the power supply to the Beocord processor board. If that is not stable then the electronics won't function. I haven't worked on a Beocord 8002 but I think it will be similar to the Beocord 9000 so there should be a capacitor on the processor board for the power there. Check the voltage there and see if that capacitor is failed.
