They use their own dedicated wall brackets which allowed side to side and up/down adjustement. Just remember to use really big screws!Whistle (If the neighbours use them to hang their coats then you've probably overdone it just a touch)!WinkLaughing

Ban boring signatures!

I tend to agree  - I would floor mount but if wall is the only option, you need the original brackets and a very sturdy wall! These are 15kg each! At least they are not MS150s!!

Agree that you need the original brackets which are considerably more substancial than the more common ones for the RL45/60/6000 models.

The wall plate is around 300 mm square to spread the weight and I had a pair for years mounted on a studwork/12.5 mm plasterboard wall with Rawlplug Intersets, no problem.

Those indicated by Stefan look ideal!

This is what you need and I'm not sure if it's complete. Wanna use that for my almost finished/restored RL140's.

Have you got the same?

Should this bracket be part of the wall mount or the speaker Soren?

Not so difficult to make one myself isn't it?

It seams to be part of wall and/or stand mount, I made a pair for Martin, a lot of square and round holes as it has to fit several different mounts, but if only for wall mount it can be made simpler

No, its called a Standard mounting bracket  spare part # 3031116, and comes with the speaker, if the spare part manual is OK, some shops may still have it in stock. For the RL 60 they are smaller. for hanging on gypsum walls a bigger wall plate, 300 x 300 Mm, is needed

On my sets of RL 140 and RL 60 speakers the bracket you show mount to either the floor stand or to the wall mount.  I never bought either of those speakers new so I can't say if that bracked was included with the speaker itself.  I bought a pair of the RL 60 wall mounts last year and was dissappointed when they didn't include the bracket. I had the brackets on the stands but I wanted a set on the wall mount too.  That would make it easier to switch the speakers from wall to floor.  So far I haven't used the wall mounts. After working with the RL 140 speakers, they are really heavy and I don't think I really want them on the wall because of the size (and weight).

If you do mount them on a wall I would like to see some pictures and feedback on how you think they sound.

Thanks,
-sonavor

Will make a new thread about reclothing my RL140's (which I have promised to do a week agoEmbarrassed).

So many fun things to do with all my B&O stuff. This evening I finished 12 CX drivers for refoaming.

Have to find a suitable wall to see how these brackets works but not permanently since I not intend to keep them.

Will make a picture of that!
