Dear B&O enthusiasts
Any chance to get the aluminum frame removed more or less easily to paint it black? The current second life market here in Switzerland has often low priced BV 10-32 for sale, which makes me thinking of buying one. But the silver shiny frame is a no-go and black framed ones are not on the market (never saw one as second life).
Already downloaded the manual, but it seems that the frame is one peace with the front (not the textile one, the whole cabinet).
If anyone has more insights, please share... thank you
Perhaps you don't need to remove the frame. You may be able to use a similar technique to people who de-chrome their car window trim surrounds, a bit like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-GWmfDnDhs
Hi Guy
Thanks for the idea but honestly, it looks like plastic and it feels like plastic. Therefore I prefer to have the frame painted from a professional company if possible….

Carlo
