Hello all, my Liko Design CD stand is blinking all the time. I've replaced the lamp, but that's unfortunately not the solution. Anybody ideas?

Hello

The light is dimmable by touching the metal part.

Considering that the blinking is regular, it may be caused by a faulty switch or some kind of short circuit... Unsure
