Due to a violent storm, the network card of my BeoMaster 5 is dead (no light ont the ethernet cable and no connection with BeoPlayer or net radio).

Do you know the type of this card ? Can we find it nowadays ? Can i change myself or must i send the BeoMaster to a dealer ?

Thanks.

...happened to me once as well, however, the motherboard was cooked as well. I think you need to have the unit checked by a dealer to find out what else is broken apart from network card...

I wish you the best.  A storm recently knocked out the masterlink module (and more on my BM5 and BV8) on all of my B&O.  I am currently awaiting repair estimates from the service center to see if it makes sense to fix, and to help me negotiate with my insurance company.
