My dealer is not very helpful on this product....I wanted a radio and B & O don't make one any more; I have their phone and television. Tried a Ruark...too much bass. Went for the M5 and in the middle of the room set on corner it sounded just about O.K. My wife does not not have a phone so Tune in Radio I was assured was the solution. This has never worked as intended, i.e. tap the top and on comes the last radio station. Lots of phone calls to the dealer, finally back to them and after a factory reset all should be O.K..... Now on set up I have the fast flashing red light. How can I factory reset and start again?....Thanks

Hold down for five seconds the reconfiguration button(letter D) in the bottom of the M5 unit to restore to factory settings. You can find support for almost all B&O and Beoplay products on the Bang and Olufsen website under "product support". if you do not see what you want listed, you can also email a B&O representative with your issue via the B&O support page.Hope that this helps you.

Thanks I'll give it a try.......I do feel that this product and the relevant apps were rushed out for CES and are still not there yet......

For me it works exactly like you want it.

One press and latest station starts.

You have to configure the order of the sources using the BeoSetup app.

You can navigate through the favourites list of radio stations by holding down the "lid" and turning it.
