Hello all,

Just experienced a very strange problem. My BLGW is running the latest firmware, version 1.5.2 (90), I upgraded a while back and had no issues during the upgrade. Everything has been working fine until tonight when I power cycled the BLGW and now it's stuck in the boot cycle (flashing green light) and the error message "BLGW is not ready to accept connections (503), we will retry in 5 seconds." displayed on the web interface.

I had an issue on the ML which I correct, hence the power cycle, but the gateway will not boot either connected to the ML or not connected.

Is there any way to access the logs to see what is going on without the interface being up?

Thanks

Steven

Hi,

Really old post but I remember this well. In the end the BLGW had to go for repair because of a hardware fault. Not sure and was never confirmed if this was just a coincidence.

Hi Steven,

I am sad to report I have just got the same issue.

What did you do to get a repair? Did you take it to your local store?

And more worryingly what were the repair costs?

Thanks in advance

Steven,

I am sad to report that my MLGW is behaving similarly.

How did you get it repaired? Did you drop it off at your local store?

Also, dare I ask, what was the cost?

I am very disappointed, I almost, had it working as I needed it.

Thanks in anticipation

Hi Gary,

I returned it to my local shop. From memory I think it was still by days in warrantee and so it didn't cost me anything for repair. I have to admit I would take a look on ebay for a replacement and then decide it the repair is worth it.
