A "B&O" logo at the bottom as opposed to the the words "BANG & OLUFSEN" I think!

I've never heard anyone say they were different in their functionality.  They're both 'Toggle' remotes.

Well, the Beo4 that came with the Beoplay V1 varied physically from previous versions in that it has a joystick-like switch instead of the round centre button.

Was this version also released under the B&O brand?

That has been rhe default Beo4-version for quite a while now - you can still by it.
