Unable to use BeoRemote One with Beosound Moment

Hi All, I have followed the instructions in the B&O FAQ by setting my BeoRemote One in Beosound mode.

However, I cannot control my Moment, not even adjusting volume control.

Has anyone had any luck on this?

Do you have the service panel on or off the Moment when you try ? The IR is disabled when service panel is off..

Do you have the service panel on or off the Moment when you try ? The IR is disabled when service panel is off..

thank you. Yes I tried it both with the service panel on and off and there was no response.

im wondering whether I configured the remote wrongly.
