does anyone know how to access the Quick-start menu for the Android based TV's?
This is stops the TV from displaying the B&O logo at start up.

It does more than that. It keeps the TV in a sort of hot-standby where it's almost on but the screen is off. Very useful for trimming about 1 minute off the start time of my Beovision 11.

I just wanted to confirm: Your BV11 takes over a minute to start up? That seems like an awfully long time. Even my BV11 from cold start (B&O Logo upon startup), takes less than 25 seconds to start up and open the electronic curtains. Likely even quicker actually.
The menus are different on the Horizon. I have no idea how to access it. The TV just got installed today and I was shown the menu but I couldn't find out how to get back to it once he left. Do you guys know?
BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass
BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black
V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white
BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver
Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway
I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
It does have a menu for this I can confirm. I saw it with my own eyes today! I just forgot to ask how to get to it. I've just contacted the dealer and hopefully I should get an answer for you all :)

It does when starting it from the Moment.
Quite straightforward. Go to Main Menu - Settings - Service Menu - then press the red button followed by select button to access the Customer Service Menu - Settings - Quick Start Timers.
And from there just set the time within the day that you'd like the quick start to happen.
There you go! Beoworld beat the dealer to it!
Apologies for the double post.
Is is there some form of button combo you need to do to apply the settings. Whilst I was in there I adjusted the automotive picture sensitivity lower so the screen doesn't go as dark. The quick start settings and the room adaption settings haven't made a difference since I left the menu?

I made the same tweaks to the Room Adaptation so it doesn't go as dark in low light. No there's nothing to press to apply. Just make sure the right setting is highlighted with the little rectangle, then just back out. The results are quite subtle and take a few mins to slowly transition. But for a test turn off all the lights in your room and try setting 4. Watch a movie or TV for about 10 mins. Then go back and try level 1. And watch that for a while. You'll notice the difference. The tweaks to this adaptation are really only noticeable in low light.
On my Horizon I played with the quick start settings but I didn't notice any difference. The system start is as slow as before (around 35 seconds).
In the quick start settings there're two sub-menus, one for the time and one for the day. In the time sub-menu I can specify the period for which the quick start should be active (for example bewteen 18:00 o'clock and 22:00 o'clock) But in the day sub-menu I can't select any week day. There's just a black window area. Maybe this is the reason, that the settings don't have any effect.
Was anybody succesfull with the quick start timer for an Android TV based B&O TV?
Kind regardsAndreas
