As you can see on the following pictures I got the next Beolit for my collection.
In the description of the radio it was given: "Beolit Teena 610 FM".
As it is my first Teena (and in general the Teena Beolits are not realy common to see) I don't know much about Beolit Teena versions.
According to the information I found here on the Beoworld and from other sources, there are very few Beolit Teena versions produced in the early 60's.
If I am not wrong, the most important difference was "AM vs. FM". Also there are always information about 609 or 610 Model which implies that they are all produced 1963/64.
From the pictures I found on the web, there are 2 different types of the plastic cases which this radio was build in (probably version 609 vs 610).
I still didn't open this radio (I got it hour ago!) so I can not say what the sticker and/or the schematic in the envelope (if present) are revealing.

Till I find some time to dismantle the radio, I have few questions for hard core B&O collectors:
- How many Beolit Teena versions were produced by B&O?
- What would you say from pictures? Is this version I got really Teena 610 FM?
- Strange: on the radio frequency scale there is no B&O sign!? Few picture I found using google are showing the B&O sign in the left corner of the scale. Do you think this part of the radio was replaced and is not original anymore? Also the lettering on the push knobs is different as on the pictures I found about Beolit Teena...

Actually the only one sign on the radio which refers to B&O are sitting at the bottom plate of the battery tray...

I hope somebody could bring more light to the Beolit Teena versions and eventually to this specimen.
Thanks in advance!

That dial is in Finnish Smile

So at least that part (if not the entire radio) is actually a license-built Beolit from Finland. I cannot remember the manufacturer, but it has been discussed on the forum years ago...

At one point I owned this which had that same logo:

A Beomaster 900 but no mention of B&O at all. At the back it said "Helvar-Celeston Produkt" and "Stereomaster 1000".

Ah yes, that's it. Here's a sales brochure for that on sale:

https://www.antikvariaatti.net/product.php?id=362516

Price is noted as 27,500 FIM. I can't see the year anywhere, but in 1963, Finnish currency was divided by 100 so it must be older. Assuming the brochure is from 1962, this would correspond to 605 euros today. Isn't that about what Beolits cost these days? Smile

Thanks Martin and Mika!

OK, than it is definitely not the "Beolit Teena 610FM" but Helvar Marita, finish radio which used some parts (maybe all of them apart from radio scale and buttons) made by B&O. It can be seen as actually non-B&O product or if you get it from the positive side, it is a very rare version of Beolit Teena Wink

this answers my second question...

What is with my first question? Does somebody know how many Beolit Teena versions were produced actually by B&O?

My investigation brought me to the following result:

First version of the model 609 with the big lettering "Beolit Teena" above the speaker grill (according to the user manual on the picture it should be "Beolit Teena 609 AM Export" version)

Second version of the model 609 with the small lettering "Beolit Teena" in the right lower corner of the speaker grill (according to the internet reference it should be "Beolit Teena 609 FM" version):

And than it was the version 610, other type of the plastic case, few color versions:

All references I found are talking about "Beolit Teena 610 FM". So I presume, there was no "AM only" version of the 610 model...

Am I missing something?

610 had both FM and AM if I remember correctly.
I rarely see any of them.
