I saw Beolab 7-1 in secondhand shop, anyone try to connect it to Beosound 3200 (or others)?

Do you think the sound is better than my Beolab 4000?

Thanks.

I would stick with the beolab 4000's because you can set them further apart which gives the stereo a wider effect, the 7.1 has a good sound and if its cheap enough I would get that and link it somewhere else in the house.

Just for a compact setup this should work. Don't forget to add a wall/table stand, otherwise the subwoofers (on the downside) will not work properly. They need some space for maximum results.

As Nick mentioned, the stereo image is rather small. I would use seperate speakers for a better soundstage and image.
