Hi all,

My setup in the living room exists of a BV10-40, a BS4, a BM1, BL12-3 front, BL4000 rear and a BL11. The room is about 45m2.

All my soundsettings (bass, treble, loudness, subwoofer level) are set to default (in the middle).

I'm rather satisfied with these settings, but I think I can get a better/warmer sound by adjusting the levels. The ratio of music/movies is 70/30.

I've tried many options, but still not satisfied when the sound is adjusted. The default settings still sounds for me the best till now. Of course it depends also on the acoustic of the room and the quality of the source.

What are your sound settings?

Looking forward to see some settings of others, so I can try these to get the maximum sound out of my system.

In the BV10 I have selected the BL8000 as front(crossover), due to lack of select BL12 in the menu.

With greetings!

Always have mine flat. I suggest looking at the balance of the speakers first and also try moving them if possible. I found the BV10 to sound very bass light - so much so that I changed to a BV5 which has considerably better sound. Apparently a BL11 fills in the missing frequencies though I have to say that I did have a BL2 and it did not.

Don't know about others but my settings are always to my satisfaction (and very song by song, artist by artist) .... that's why I keep slim - have to get up my rear and adjust it on BC3500 Big Smile

On personal note nothing sounds quiet as good as the music played in my head........

Peace all

Always flat, although on my BM2000 I tend to hit the 'Loud' button to raise the bass when playing music at low volumes.

When I used to provide a taxi service to a then still at home younger family, the children would always turn-up the car stereo bass for their music. I would always subsequently get caught-out when listening to Radio 4, and I'd be halfway to work before I realised that the muffled speech was the result of my offsprings' adjustments the previous evening.
