I decide to sell a beosound 2300 which ive had stored in a cupboard for 3 years, however after having cput new batteries inside the beo4 remote for some reason it does not function. Using the beosound manually works just not with the remote. Does anyone have any idea what this might be. Ive been using this remote with my beovision advant without any problems and with my beosoun 9300. So I know the remote works.

beosound 5 encore, beolabs 6000, beogram 4500, playmaker mk1
Probably just need resetting - refer to Beo 4 manual :)

Thanks bob I have referred to it but cant see in the manual how to reset it. If anyone knows please advise.
The 2300 needs to be in option 1 if i remember correctly!
