Lutron grafix eye

Question beo5 has been damaged and now have a beo4, all working ok but the grafix eye which is the one that works with the bang and olufsen remote control, has worked for many years still works hands on but not the bang and olufsen remote, has any one experienced this?

Do you have the Old BEO 4 or the new version with the joy stick instead of the go button?  There could be different IR codes.  I have six graphic eyes that all still work with Original BEO 4. Have not tried the new Beo 4 or the BEO remote 1. 

Hi thanks for the reply it is the one with joystick, old remote and newer remote use the same ir, bvis 4 still works cd, radio etc, just lights are not working with the remote
