I'm playing with the idea to integrate Alexa as a speaker into my Multiroom set up. Is the possible at all? I would like to treat it as a multiform speaker. Are there any other speakers which can be connected to multiform? Appreciate any thoughts.

You can connect a B&O speaker via line-in or bluetooth to forward the sound from Alexa and then distribute that line-in source among your B&O speakers. However, the sound is pretty awful.

What I suggested is probably the opposite of what you want to do. Anyway, the Echo speakers -- especially the Dot -- aren't even close to being in the same league as B&O's speakers.

Thanks for the answer. I wanted to use Alex to voice control my B&O system. Up to now I have not found a satisfying way to control the system from a link room.

Apple TV doesn't work in a link room - means I can't use the Apple Remote App to look up the liberties and switch to certain playlists and songs.

B&O has not integrated any of Apple Music or Amazon Prime / Music. so I thought at least with the Echo speaker I could create a way to do it.

I thought it's possible toe connect a Alexa speaker tot B&O, you need te BLGW.

Search on youtube for 'B&O of Manchester', he shows using of Alexa in one of his video's

You can certainly use Alexa to control your B&O system via a BLGW. I use it all the time. However, you must create a BLGW macro for each and every command. Then, you must create a macro in IFTTT to trigger the BLGW macro. Also, this isn't free. Even after purchasing a BLGW, you must pay an annual subscription fee of about $100 USD to use IFTTT with BLGW.
