Hello, I'd like to change my Pentas 3 to beolab 9. Is there a lot of difference between the two. Are beolab 9 better ?
Thanks

Best regards

I have read and heard that their bass is quite impressive. You should go and listen to a pair of BL20s in store as the BL9 and BL20 are almost the same. I sadly never got to listen to teh Pentas as this was just before i became a B&O fan. Of course, it's not all about the bass quality but also the tonal quality that appeals to you so an audition is pretty crucial. Listen to your favourite tracks at hoem for an hour and then make yoru way straight to a dealer and listen to the BL9 or 20s. You could also bear in mind that BL5s demo/used can go for about £7500 and the BL20s a little less...
