Hello,

Trying to figure out an issue with a digital tv desk top box, I had to switch off and on the V1 repeatedly.

After doing this 2 or three times in a row, the V1 no longer responds to the remote and remains off. After a couple of minutes it responds again.

Anyone else have this problem too?

Is this a bug or some sort of protection mechanism?

H.

The symptom similar to your description has been reported to B&O by at least one UK dealer.

No real conclusion was found, but the fault apparently disappeared after a non related software update.

I remember this from setting up both mine and a friends V1. The easiest thing was to unplug it and plug it in again. Havent had the problem since, seems to be related to several power on/off in a short period of time.
