Hi,

Does anyone have a wiring diagram to take an existing Powerlink cable and wire it to an RCA pre-out on a non-B&O amplifier?

I believe that it will be possible to use the existing Powerlink cable with a preout connection.

I have the Powerlink v3 and also Powerlink that has RJ45 on one end. I will cut off the RJ45 and put an RCA on it.

Regards,

Brent.

Peter Pan's 1 Oct post here should give you everything that you need: http://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/p/444/220701.aspx#220701

You can omit the USB connector if you don't need to trigger the Beolabs (if that's what you are using) to switch on.

Hi Brent,

If you decide not to solder these yourself, I have completed cables available here:-

Kind regards, Steve.

I think I have enough info to be able to try with the existing powerlink cable and solder new RCA plugs on the end.

Green and Brown are the audio wires. pins 5 and 3 respectively.

Pin 2 is for the shield.
