Hello, i search a preamplifier with volumecontrol to connect a fantastic beogram4004 to the beolab 8000. If possible with tubes. Thanks! Christian
B&O never produced anything like that.

Why not look for a pre-owned B&O music system from the same era as the Beogram? This will have a phono pre-amp built in to boost the signal, plus a radio in many cases and a good quality amplifier.
I can then provide cables and converters to safely use the Beolab speakers with ANY B&O music system, either old or new (even those without Powerlink sockets!)

Few turntable preamps have volume control, because the idea is they produce a uniform output, only applying the RIAA frequency curve. I have no personal experience, but here are two tube phono preamps with some kind of control:
a) Rolls "Bellari VP130": Cheap, so who knows what quality its volume pot is, but reviewers liked it. Also has a high-pass filter ("rumble" filter) and a mute switch.
b) Pro-Ject "Tube Box DS2": Expensive, but only has output gain selector, not an actual volume control: 40-65 dB in 5-dB increments, and you can't "turn it down" easily, just cycle through its five settings.
If you don't want to get a BeoSystem as Steve suggests (and that is what I would do, too) -- consider a full, normal, preamp which has a phono stage built in as a standard feature. That will typically give you tone controls too, and certainly a pre-amp's volume control will be better than either of the two above... Have you thought about Tim De Paravicini's mid priced tube phonostage - EAR 834P? It does have a version with a volume control. I've been using one for about 10 years, but mine has no volume control. Not sure if it is high end but I like the design and enjoy the sound it makes.

Yes, this is a good choice. the Beogram will connect directly to the Phono input of the 9500, no extra cables or pre-amp are needed.
You then just need a couple of Powerlink cables to link the Beolab speakers to the Powerlink outputs of the Beocenter:-

BC9500 with BL8000 - one of the classics! Not really "high end", but that one would have been my choice too. For your BG 4004 you won`t need a preamp, because there is an inbuilt preamp on the phono socket. To connect your BL8000, just use two standard powerlink cables. Maybe you will need a fully wired cable, because BC9500 sends on/off signal via PIN1 and mute signal via PIN4, but I`m not quite sure about that....
Actually the BC9500 was my first Beosystem bought new in 1989, and I still have it. Enjoy your Beo!

If the OP is thinking of a traditional, full up tube preamplifier with its own phono stage, as opposed to a phono pre preamp with a volume control as some have mentioned, go with something modern. Be very leery of old classic gear that was originally designed to drive tube amplifiers. The mismatch between their output impedance and the input impedance of a solid state amplifier can create severe frequency response anomalies. I remember running an old Dyanaco PAS 3 tube preamp into a solid state amp and measuring it. Bass started to roll off at about 500 Hz and dropped like a rock, it was something like 30+ or so dB down by 30 hz. Not good.
