BeoMaster 5 Not Recognizing WiFi

My BM5 no longer recognizes any wifi access points.  The network covers the BM, and signal is very strong at that point.  I have trued cycling on and off (which worked a couple of weeks ago), but no effect.  Any suggestions on how to address this?

Sorry, it is actually a BeoSound 5 Encore that is the problem.

A BeoMaster 5 has no wifi built in.

A BM5 and a BeoSound 5 Encore are not supposed to work together.
