Don't worry - be Happy
No, you as a gold member, are entered automatically. We produce a list of all the gold members and other entries and each gets designated a number. We then use a random number generate to pick 10 numbers from 1 up the the number of gold members. Each number can theoretically be picked up to 10 times, though this would be a little unlikely. We have had at least two draws when one number has won two prizes though so winning a small prize does not exclude one from winning the star attraction!
Your chances are actually jolly good as there are not that many Gold members considering the quality and number of prizes on offer. I am not sure if I am in or not these days but I did win once but donated my prize to a more deserving member! The only real rule is that we don't let Puncher win anything!!

You must have been on holiday the month I won the BL6000's
Ban boring signatures!
Did you really? Very pleased for you - it always seems a bit hard when high contributing members win nothing for years!
Thank you Peter and Puncher I was confused as I usually don't bother filling up numbers, etc
my sympathy to you Puncher, btw - it is harsh world you seem be in
I just get confused so easily these days (did someone said dementia - how I very dare you )
and what shall one do (if he finds himself in position allowing to donate prize candidate for a draw) - please take notice that this is strictly rhetorical question and I'm still working on winning the Euro-millions

If you win, it will be posted on the draw thread. What you do with your prize is completely up to you, though the winners do have to pay postage !
Hi Peter,
thank you for that, but I was talking about (very unlikely event one be in position to donate something to the draw)? I ought to hit the Euro millions sooner or later
cheers

At present, Lee and Lifestyle supply the prizes - they are paid for by the subscriptions to the site - at least in part - and by the sponsors.
