Very generous prizes as usual - actually even better! 6000s would look very good in any room! The Break point book has been seen to sell for very silly money! Don't have that myself!!

Is it that day again already?

Great distraction whilst SWMBO has got Downton Abbey on the box!

It's the BeoWorld September 2012 Prize Draw in 15 Minutes – so put down whatever you're doing, then pick it up again, twirl around and pout at the camera, and look lively!  You don’t want to miss the draw do you? Yes – YOU !!

I'm sitting with a cigar in one hand and a brandy in the other, waiting to strike my toe on the button, thus bestowing stunningly brilliant goodies upon some lucky winners… BeoWorld.. far too generous I tell you!!

So – you’ve got 15 minutes to get the jobs done…  go, go, GO !!!

Get the kettle on, crack open a beer, pour a glass of wine, recite poetry to your pet hamster for no longer than 14 minutes as they get bored, arrange small rust-coloured flowers on the windscreen of next doors 1996 Fiat Marea in the shape of an electrical fault related repair bill, then knit yourself a jumper from the very same jumper you unravelled thread by thread into an exact replica of the one you started with..

Whatever.. the draw is imminent - hurry up !!.

I’ve just drawn the names and matched them up to the Prizes – so could YOU be one of our lucky winners tonight??  Chances are, you are..

Anyone fancy a lovely BeoWorld Prize?  Lord Bottington of BeoWorld is here in your very own HQ and is ready to launch prizes worldwide.  It's that time again when you all think to yourselves 'How do they manage to do it?' whilst you look at the prizes being given away. Well, i've no idea - really.

For £2.50 a Month, YOU can win any of these - every single month.  You'll also be supporting the best site on the internet too !!

Back in a few moments - I'm just going to look at myself in a mirror, astonished at the pure beauty..  of tonights Prizes.

Okay Ladies and Gentlemen.. a draw will now start, right here and now!  Good to see so many people online tonight as usual.  Would you like to win something?  I think you would...

Well... here goes

10th Prize - a BeoWorld 'Relax & Study' Set..

So.. you need to learn all about your favourite Audio Visual brand, but you need to sit down with a beer in order to do so. You have no reference book though, nor do you have a bottle opener handy. What to do? Well, how about winning tenth this month and getting one of our very own BeoWorld 'Relax & Study Sets' ! In it, you get a boxed, unread 'Vision og Legende' book, charting a brief history of B&O as a company from conception to present day, plus an official B&O Bottle Opener in its original presentation card. Also, for those who like a bit of music in the background, we'll throw in a B&O Open Mind CD. We're too kind!

Tonights first winner is..

Mr K. Ruiter (beoservice_nl) from Utrecht, Netherlands

A very nice prize - well done!!

9th Prize - A signed Bang & Olufsen (The Crowood Collectors Series) Book

Here we have THE reference book for B&O. Written (and specially hand signed) by BeoWorld's friends Nick and Tim Jarman (owners of the brilliant Beocentral website) this book introduces the world of Bang & Olufsen, from the futuristic audio and hi-fi systems to the elegant television sets and attractive portable models which have captivated enthusiasts for the best part of four decades. As we all know, Bang & Olufsen have striven to design items that stand the test of time, being both technologically innovative and stylish - so find out 'the ones to have' and 'the ones to avoid' as far as collecting goes in this very book!

The winner is…

Mr J. Verhaege (easyJan) from Hoegaarden, Belgium

Jolly well done to you - happy reading, and have one of your amazing blonde beers for me by way of celebration Sir !!

8th Prize - the rare 'Break Point' B&O Book + CD

A fascinating read about how Bang & Olufsen nearly went bust in the 1980's - and how Anders Knutsen came in and turned the company around. He upset people, he hired and fired, but he did the job - and saved B&O from oblivion. This book is getting quite rare now - and also expensive! Also, to have on in the background as you read, we've popped in a B&O Open Mind CD as a little bonus. Happy reading!

The Winner is...

Mr J. Hamler (jkhamler) from London, UK

Well done, and once again - happy reading.

7th Prize - Bang & Olufsen PC2

Combining Bang & Olufsen's logical principles of operation and the successful BeoPlayer concept - Bang & Olufsen's free MP3 player - Beolink® PC2 allows customers to extend the potential of their PC and receive additional enjoyment out of their Beolink® system. Twenty years of experience within distribution of sound and picture makes this integration between these two worlds possible. It works like this: BeoPlayer has organised all your music on the PC in different categories such as artist, genre, album, etc.

This means that you can access your entire collection of music just press N.MUSIC on the Beo4 remote control and the music starts playing through the loudspeakers in the room where you are placed. An ex-shop display unit, this PC2 is virtually unused - and is in 'as new' condition! A great prize that will bring music to every room.

The winner is...

Mr W. Braüner (wabbeoworld) from Haslev, Denmark

Enjoy !!

The Beolink PC2 was the precursor to the Beoport - and can be converted to be the same simply by downloading the firmware - I still use mine with my Mac - and jolly useful it is too!

I have one of these keyrings - confess that batteries ran out ages ago but it is so tactile that I have kept it on. As most of my kit is pre remote I have not bothered changing the battery!!
