Beovision Horizon Update 3/11/2017 Released

The new version is QM153E.0.6.3.9. For Android TV’s.

The process took 1.5 hours.

As yet I have no details on the performance improvements or fixes...

Well I have Deezer (Deezer for Android TV ) installed and running plus Stan, YouTube and Google Cast so I am ok. The standard Netflix app installs but will not run so I uninstalled it which is not a problem for me as we don’t use Netflix.

The TV response has improved when switching channels, Freeview, etc.

I am sure someone will have full details of the Android update and other elements of the upgrade available soon.

Finally & great! complete multiroom feature. Downloaded and connected with app. Not 100% flawless but maybe reset complete network will do the trick. Will try later tonight

Just updated my BV14... controle though iPhone & iPad is possible *happy*

The Avant NG and Horizon have both the same FW version. Coincidence ?

The Avant NG is an Android based TV as well. So here, I believe the same upgrade is applicable.

So the support for Avant NG will continue as long as the Horizon is in production ?

Perhaps I should change the title of the post now. The update is for the platform (Android). Not just the Horizon. So BV14, Avant NG are included maybe more.

I think this update is great news and a real positive for Android Based TV owners and B&O.

Unfortunately I have already had a complete Android crash. The Beovision restarted much faster than in the past.

Avant NG works with Android 5.1.1 and can not get stable.
Maybe it's an idea to install 7.0

I dont get it as well.. why does it run an older version of Android TV ?
