Beosound 3000 door and clamp motor won't stop.

Hello Beofamily. I need you! A friend an I just got done putting a new laser in a Beosound 3000 and we got it all back together and the CD play works great! However.... The door motor and clamp motor and to over work themselves. The door motor runs after the doors open or close, and the clamp will just constantly move up and down until you turn off the Beosound. What did we miss?! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
