Hi

I have a challenge for experts of these units & Co :)

I have a partially operating BS 9000 MK1

When turning on the main switch, it sometimes goes to sST-by immediately and sometimes takes a few minutes. It's not definite and it's always different.
When I turn on the CD, works normally with the original cd discs. In a minute or two I can transfer to other positions and unit also play recorded discs.
When I turn on the radio, RADIO is displayed and the unit goes to st-by immediately.
Sound on the powerlink output is only noise, even when the CD is turned on.  there is strange sounds like I change songs and there is very quiet music regardless of the volume on unit dispaly .
Digital output works normally.
Moving between CD positions works normally.
There is no errors to see in the test mode. ok..if cd not playoing or if i stop arm..there are roors..

It's not the first unit I had and repaired but I have not met such symptoms yet. Usually there were minor errors.

so..any help :)

The mk1 becomes more and more sensitive for errors due to the aging of the units.

The only solution is to overhaul complete pcb’s.

I changed the PCB tuner and everything is the same.
I changed the masterlink PCB and it's the same.
It probably can be a power board. What do you think ?
