Hello!

I first used beocenter9000 as a touch panel. Then I used beolink1000 remote, but now I do not work by touching the touch panel by hand. It only works when I press beolink1000. Please let me know if there is a way to switch between remote and touch panel. And please let me know if there is a way to do load tape and load cd command with beolink1000.
Thank you in advance for everyone who answered.

Welcome to Beoworld!

There isn't a way to switch between remote and panel.  It sounds as if the panel has a fault.

Sometimes the glass panels become loose when the double sided tape that holds them down perishes - if it lifts slightly this stops the touch controls from working.

You can remove the panel and fix it.  There is a small cross head screw under the left front corner of the panel.  Once unscrewed, the panel will slide a few mm to the left (or is it right?) and then lift up and out.  Be very careful not to break the glass.  You can then carefully repair the panel - I used super glue gell to re-stick my glass to the plastic frame that surrounds it.  Make sure that you get the pieces in the correct places.

Good morning and welcome to Beoworld!

There is no way to 'switch between remote and panel', so it sounds to me like a fault with the panel.  Also there is no way to open the CD or TAPE using the remote.

Often on these machines the tape holding the glass touch panels to their plastic surrounds perishes over time, causing the glass to lift slightly which stops it connecting with the sensors underneath.  The good news is that this is fixable.  There is a small cross-head screw under the left, front edge of the panel - once unscrewed, the panel will slide slightly to the right and then lift away.  BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE GLASS!

You can then re-fix the glass to its plastic surrounds.  Some people use new double-sided tape but I prefer to use superglue gell.  Make sure that you but the plastic surrounds in the correct places and align the centre one correctly.  Then simply replace and hopefully it will work!

Thank you for response.

Before I used the remote control, the touch panel was normal. However, after using it for about a week with my remote control, I tried to eject a tape or a CD, so the touch did not work and I do not know how to eject the cd or tape through the remote. If I use the remote control, the touch panel does not work I do not understand.
