Beomaster 7000 strange mute behaviour

 Hi there – pressing mute on  several different  remotes and at the Beomaster itself causes only the right channel to mute – any suggestions please?

Sounds like a Mute Relay problem.  If you search the forum you will find other posts on the subject as it affects other B&O systems also.

Sounds like a Mute Relay problem.

That, but also check that you actually have connected both L and R speaker to the Speaker 1 outputs (that are mutable) and not Speaker 2 outputs.
