Anyone else noticed that the BV11 Freeview Radio used to leave a static picture on screen (e.g. BBC Radio 4) but that the screen now automatically mutes after a few seconds of displaying a small station name in the centre of the screen? The green light then comes on to tell you that the TV is active, presumably in case you mute the sound and forget that the TV is on.

In my own case my Beo4 did not have a picture mute in the radio list, so the only way I could get rid of the brightly coloured BBC Radio static picture in the past was to cover the end of the Beo4 whilst I switched it to TV where there was a picture mute option  in the list.

I assume that there has been a software update, but I don't remember getting the usual update warning as in the past.

Just tested, it’s the same on my set.

Automatic picture mute. Very good.
