Connect Beosound Essence remote to Beosound 2

Hi everyone,

I have a Beosound 2 speaker and Beosound Essence remote (without Essence) how can I connect this remote to my speaker?
I have tried to using the B&O app but it didn’t work.

Hello

You need to set the remote in pairing mode. This is done by pressing and holding the top button for 10 seconds or until the green light starts to flash then go to remote pairing within the Bang & Olufsen product setup page and it should then appear. You can pair up ton3 remotes to one device.

I use an Beosound Essence remote to manage my M5. I think the M5 is a bit difficult to maneuver (changing channel/track, swapping source).

Let us know how you managed the pairing.
