Hi all,

I’m wondering if someone has experience / ideas regarding comparison between

Beosound 1 visa Beoplay M5 an Beosound 2 visa Beosound 35?

The portability of the BS1 is really appealing but soundwise I found it a bit weak when listening at it at the dealer. The BS2 blown me away. I feel the M5 is direct competition for the BS1 and the BS35 for the BS2.

Has anyone done a direct comparison?

Thanks for sharing

BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass

BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black

V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white

BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver

Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway

I know…B&O virus has grown on me !

Hi

It's easier to compare BS1 / BS2 / M5 because they use the same 360º sound spreading technology.

On the other hand, the BS35 is more "traditional" with its stereo architecture.

And it's also a matter of taste...

I prefer (by far) my BS35 to the BS2.

All very subjective, I listen to all of these products daily. I personally think the BeoSound 1 out performs the M5, but at twice the price it should! The BeoSound 1 aesthetically is beautiful, and the M5 is a box in comparison. For me, the BeoSound 2 has much better sound performance than the BeoSound 35, more bass and the acoustic lens provides better top end distribution. I find the BeoSound 2 to be the best selling and performing speaker - pound for pound in the entire speaker range...

Just my thoughts...πŸ™‚

Thanks for sharing. I really had the oww feeling when listening to the BS2 and that is most important. M5/BS1, I think the M5 is best value for money then.

Personal preference for certain, but I find that the Beosound 2 is wonderful sound experience.
