Folks,

Trying to get a sense from anyone using these - how water (or sweat) proof they are?

Thanks,

Jim

I've only used it indoors, but I see this on their product website:

It’s also splash and dust proof, so it’s both designed to be used outdoors and in the gym.

they started slipping out of my ears about 15 minutes into a run. Sweating made them too slippery. I eventually gave up and changed headphones.

I find Jaybirds the best for gym and running but the sound is nowhere near the B&O's. The E8's are also no longer pairing with my iPhone 6 after 3 days of use.

Did you try the E8s with some Comply foam eartips? They’re supposed to expand or something when they get warm which keeps them from falling out

I have to say I like Comply tips. I used these with Westone UM2 and they provide very good isolation. Earlier this year, I fitted my Bragi headphones with Complys, but they are 'Truly Wireless' tips with less isolation.

The E8 uses similar length Complys as the Westone, so I'm back to the good isolation when listening to music.

I used comply with my Jaybird X3 and am using them now with the E8s. Agree they provide better isolation, sound and fit.

Oh excellent! I find they’re more comfort too, I really don’t like the feel of the silicone eartips in my ears
