I would like to use a Essence Remote to turn on a BeoPlay V1 in TV mode.
I have the remote configured to mode 7 and the V1 configured to work with a BeoRemote One.
When I press the top button on the Essence remote the TV turns on, but to a abreviated source list that only includes music.
Does anyone know:
1) What command a top press sends in mode 7 so i can remap the TV to that source or
2) what the hell I'm doing wrong?
As far as I am aware the mode 7 is the ‘join’ command via ir for a tv.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
After much testing I come to understand that in mode 7 a tap at the top of the Essence Remote is = to the Music button on the BeoRemote One. I would love it to be = to the TV button on the BeoRemote One.
