Hello,

today i gotten a very nice but dirty beomaster 6500 with a beogram6500 and the beolink 1000.

The remote works with the beomaster but not with the beogram.

I cannot skip songs or pauze/ play. The beomaster recieves the signal because the red light blinks.

It is driving me crazy. How can I solve this problem. Tried switching the cable in the phono socket but no result.

Would love to hear from you,

greetings from the netherlands,

bas

Check the number of pins in the Beogram's DIN connector.  There should be 7 in total as this includes the two outer pins that are required for data transmission.  Sometimes people remove them to connect to other amplifiers.

Thanks, did check it! Turned out that a little bit of cleaning solved the problem. Doh.
