Hi, hope you can help, just wanted to know what wireless speaker options I have for my encore? Can I use the 3500 soundbar or any of the smaller speakers like the A1/A2 or p2? I'm not very techy so any basic guides would be much appreciated. Thanks Damian
Hello
I have had the same question for my BS5 and the B&O man suggested a wireless adaptor for it.
This box is very expensive, so I am looking for a s/h unit.

Hi Damian (and Wild Ruedi),
Are you looking for a wireless link between the Encore and the speakers please, or the ability to stream music wirelessly from your phone or tablet to the Encore (with a cable to the speakers)?
The first option would be best achieved with B&O's Transmitter 1 and either WiSA enabled speakers such as Beolab 18, or any other B&O speakers by adding Receiver 1 units to pick up the sound. This (as you mentioned) is not a cheap option.
The second option is much less expensive to set up, as a Google Chromecast Audio or Apple Airport Express can be linked to the Encore to stream wireless music to the system, with a direct cable to the speakers. Any B&O speakers can then be easily (and cheaply) connected to the Encore.
Please let us know your preferred option and I will be pleased to assist further.
Kind regards, Steve.
Steve.

Since there is no native wireless output from the Encore - and since you are looking for a budget solution,
the only suggestion that I could make, would be to use a bluetooth transmitter connected to the headphone out of the Encore.....
....something like this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Avantree-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Computer-Headphones-No-Battery-Fixed-Location-dual-link-aptX-LL-Priva-III/dp/B01N5KKUR0
Then connect a A1/A2/P2 or (better) a S3 to that wireless.
Connecting a BL3500 might be possible - Steve@SoundsHeavenly has an option for using the 3500 as a standalone device.
