Beovision Avant 55 2015 (and Eclipse 2018) NO VOICE CHANNEL ON 4K

I have an Avant 55 2015. On installling the Apple Tv 4K i regularly loose voice while mainting all other sound. Today i saw this issue repeated on a new Eclipse. This is worrying and i worry these tvs are not actually 4K compliant.

Any ideas?

Don’t think this has anything to do with 4K compliance or not. It’s sound related. So you mean that the center channel disappeared?

i do think its related to 4K and B&O software. 

I think that because ive now seen this problem on both the Avant and Eclipse 

yes the centre channel disappeared but all other sound works
