Hi there,
I'm in the early phases of building up a small B&O hi-fi system. I'm new to the B&O world, but have so far found this website and forum very informative.
I've found a nice pair of Beovox S80s available in my area, however they are missing their speaker covers.
I'm guessing you can't buy this kind of thing new anymore...
Does anyone know where a good place to look might be?
These speakers seem hard to come across online, let alone finding the just the covers.
Any help is really appreciated.
Cheers, H
Hi there and welcome to the forum,
you've started in right place (but it may take ages before you find one - it may be worth to get them made or diy it
that said - there is many more than comparable speakers out there and may be worth to pass , not to mention the possibility not have covers - I personally think they look in good nick to show them off....
all the best

Don't worry - be Happy
These speakers look as if they have the original surrounds to the woofers. This is foam and is likely to feel tacky, a sign that they are about to disintegrate. In the UK, this would make these speakers almost worthless as the repair would cost about the same as the speakers are worth. You can repair these yourself for much less but if the front grilles are missing as well, I would move on unless very cheap!

Should then be so much easier to find a set of front panels from speakers that are left "worthless" by foam rot.And then have the woofers refoam'ed. They will be like new again.Beovox S80 are great speakers for their size and a beautiful design.

These were not going cheap and I've decided to pass.
Thanks for all the advice. It's much appreciated.
