Hi All - I have just inherited my fathers B&O TV and system - very cool!

I cannot seem to get the motorised stand to work - I have plugged it in and the remote 4 does not show stand in  list? so I cannot adjust angle ? Any ideas - thx Chris

Well, if you plugged the stand in whilst the TV was powered up, you could have blown the module in the TV - which means a new chassis. B&O should make more of a thing of not doing that..

If it was powered down when you plugged the DIN plug into the rear, do the following.

1) Power everything down.

2) Disconnect the stand

3) Reset the TV to factory default settings

4) Power down again, and wait a minute or two.

5) Connect the stand

6) Power up - and it should recognise the stand.

If it doesn't work, try doing that sequence a few more times. Usually the TV gives in and plays ball.

Because you reset the TV, you reset the speaker configuration. Don't worry - it can be fixed with a few button pushes Smile

Go back into settings and tell the TV it has surround speakers.  If you have the user manual it will tell you exactly what to do.

Hi Lee.This is not working for me.Not just on one,but 3 x beovision 7-32's with the speaker etc.

Tried everything you suggested incl factory reset but getting nothing, not a jot from the stands,

I saw 2 of the three stands work and turn etc when collected but now when reconneceted, absolutely nothing. No stand references coming up in the menu at all.Am I missing something? Thx.Alan

Hi Lee,

Just asking, how do you reset the TV ?

I have a BeoVision 7 32" and I can't find the reset button.

Thank you for helping !
