Hi! Does the BeoTool app (should be on iOS and Android) show the playmaker as being up to date or does it say there’s newer firmware available? I’m not sure what the latest version for the playmaker is but BeoTool should show you :)

Just checked mine which I purchased new when they were released and did update the firmware. It is also version: 1.00.2485 but has date 2012.09.11

What’s the issue?

Hi No issue, just didn't know where to find the update Jon explained and now and its up to date although 2012.09.11 is the date guessing they don't update it much.

but this for your reply.

I found when I first got mine the easiest way to set it up was to plug it in to the router via Ethernet then just use it wirelessly.

Glad to see you have it working ok.

From memory to do updates to the PM you have to plug it in via Ethernet to do them.
