Did they add an in-app purchase opportunity? 1 BV11 - 10.000 euro. Accept?

Dear friend,

Big Smile We are both old enough to know that NOTHING on EARTH is REALLY FREE!

Sometimes fun will cost your life, sometimes your freedom and in the very best case
just some money ...  LOL

As the Beoplay V1 has the exact same engine as the BV11, the future software update of the V1 should give the opportunity to control it with the BeoRemote app...

"Exact" - I seriously Smile doubt !!

Based on the same engine, YES !!

Maybe in the future, if B&O wants to PLAY a bit more ...

Wouldn't it be great if B&O offered some sort of adapter for existing TV's. I know there is the ML Gateway but I don'y have an AMX, Crestron or other system so it seems a bit overkill. I have a MK5 BeoVision 7-40 which I consider to be reasonably up to date and would love to control it by my iPad. I am very interested to see this new TV as it may prompt a little desire to upgrade!!

On other Apps I see that behaviour when my network access has a wrong password.

What iPad generation are you running ?

Shouldn't be too difficult to make. If someone with a BV11 or V1 can capture the data stream between the Ipad and the TV from when starting the app to the menu is fully populated I could give it a try. I have the beoremote app connecting to alaptop, but it can only recognize volume, mute and standby functions as the menus are created based the equipment connected and I need the data stream to understand what the TV is sending to the app.The easiest option would probably be to make a simple converter box to and put it between the BeoRemote app and a lintronic box. It also looks like http://www.mammutbox.com/ is coming out with a lower cost alternative to MLGW, so an option would be to user that box and the BeoLink app instead of the BeoRemote
