Hi all,
I want to upgrade my membership but therefore I need a creditcard, which I do not have. Other payments to upgrade (banktransfer/PayPal/iDeal) are (still) not available.
Is there a possibility to add other payments for upgrading the memebership of Beoworld like Paypal or a banktransfer (iDeal)?
I'm looking forward to the reactions and the possibility to upgrade my membership in the future.
What do you think?

I only carry American Express, which isn't accepted so I borrowed a friend's credit card info and reimbursed them. 'Recommend you obtain Lee's permission beforehand.
Same question here since I only use my company card. Only allowed to use that card for business purposes!

In my view be easy to accept PayPal as payment method - there is no account which cannot be linked to PP ;)
in fairness I forgot how did I pay and who's card was it charged to

okay, to pay the back end programmers to rewrite or add the coding to link to PayPal or any other payment method would far outweigh the actual benefits it would bring the site financially. At the end of the day, the site limps along with no money in the bank to speak of - as it always has, and spending a thousand pounds plus VAT or more on back end programmers to bring in an extra handful of paying members a year would be crazy.
It's not that we don't want extra members - it's just we don't have money to throw around!

No disrespect, but can't you set paypal account for "Beoworld" and take the payments this way (it shall be non-expensive and transparent, without any need of links on actual web side), - manual transfer to acct doesn't cost nothing, but bit of time... - simpuls

I have to say - it's hard to swallow (paying programmers to re-write codes, as PP payment program is quiet simple interface) - I've added PP without any effort at all to my pages which I've always created myself (currently parked as I haven't got the time or and money ), but will agree with you that it probably wouldn't justify the cost.... Also cannot compare simple business pages with the size and service of this one
