Rolf: So, regarding the price he told me that including stand and remote it is € 9.995,00. The additional option of a built-in 500 GB HDD with double-triple tuner is € 750,00 on top.

That can't be right? That would make it only £8000 and our (BV11-55) £9300 *doesn't* include a stand. I think the easel stand was another £350 on top of this, plus extra for the remote! Basically €12,000!
There's no way B&O are doing a 1:1 on prices between GBP and EUR. EUR is awful at the moment, which should make imports (to the UK) better for us. I know the prices are converted from Danish Krone, but prices in Euro's shouldn't be 1:1 with GBP prices.
The prices I have seen are :
BV11-40 with Beo4 and cover £5250 - the stands vary from £365 for the easel and wall bracket to £725 for the wall and floor stand. The HDD is £600.
BV11-46 with Beo4 and cover £6750 - same prices for stands.
BV11-55 with Beo4 and cover £9499 - surprisingly same price for stands!

Which is EUR 11,700 and about EUR 2,700 more than our GBP prices if the above EUR 9,995 is correct.
Bizarrely, UK websites are promoting it at £8048, after being given the EUR prices at the B&O trade event: http://www.t3.com/news/bang-and-olufsen-unveils-new-beovision-11-luxury-tv. A bit annoying to find they've added over £1000 to the GBP price for the 55".
Loving that T shirt Puncher - Ouchhh i remember around 1987 people wearing those!!!
Damn, that pricing is confusing. Im not paying £365 for that stand. The dealer is going to have to include it in the price. How very cheeky! B&O, you can be awfully rude at times. Thats like buying a new car and being told that the tyres cost an extra £365! Bit naughty!
Well not really - they could have made it £365 more expensive and said the easel or wall bracket was standard. Instead they give prices for all the options. I dare say many dealers will price including a basic stand but the prices quoted are as stated. The extra tuner appears to be £95 which seems suspiciously cheap so I am less sure about that!
I think i've still got to get used to B&O pricing hmmmm. I'd set the figure at 5K i'm really not prepared to go over that. For me, I can't justify anymore than that, not for a TV.
Beosound Stage, Beovision 8-40, Beolit 20, Beosound Explore.

Beofan53:With a BV10 you have probably the same picture quality as the BV11. When an AppleTV is connected to a BV10, you have some apps. Even some apps when e.g. a Samsung BR-recorder/player is connected or an Humax STB. With an iPhone/iPad you can mirror the tablet screen on the television with all the apps you want. Even browsing is possible. Then you created your own SmartTV. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. is available. Even musicstreaming is possible with connected Airplay products via AppleTV or Apple AE. What I have read so far the NL-converter is, at the moment, only usable for audio distributing in an existing ML-network. Perhaps in a later stadium it will be usable for video distributing. I think at the moment it's not worth upgrading from a rather new BV10 to a BV11 (not speaking of the new 55-inch screen). The costs are too high in comparison what is offered in the new BV11. With a simple and chaep trick most of the features are available (just extern and not built in) Just my thoughts. . . .
Rolf:Picture quality is better because Beovision 11 uses full backlight LED like Beovision 7.
BV11 is edge lit, like the BV10. But with local dimming.
Rolf:I guess it's not possible to use N.Music and N.Radio via ML.
You can get access to music source via the ML/NL convertor. N.MUSIC is no different to the other sources.
Beoworld app with direct photo upload and emoticons.

Yes, you are right, apologies for my inaccurate formulation , should have copied the spec . It was probably too late for an appropriate post .

What I was assuming or indirectly asking for: If you connect your Apple unit, e. g. Macbook, iPad, etc., via ATV with the Beovision, will it then be possible to distribute/access netmusic or netradio from the apple unit, not only on your BV but also via your ML network? E. g. if I use my internal BV SAT tuner I can access via ML network SAT radio. If I use my Beomedia 1 I can of course distribute N.Music or N.Radio via ML. But using my external SAT Media Receiver, connected with the BV via HDMI, I´m not able to distribute/access this source via ML network. Should be the same using ATV?
Kind regards,
Rolf

I had a look at it, thanks. Are there any severe quality differences in different products?
