My Beo 4 seems to be stuck... It only shows "TV" no matter what button is pushed and all of my B&O equipment seems to be unresponsive to it. I have changed the batteries but no luck. Is it dead?

Sounds like what you said - the TV button is stuck in the down position. Is it transmitting? Look at the top end of the remote thru a digital camera. You should see the IR light if it's transmitting.
Have you tried adding the "Reset" to the list and resetting it. That works on the Beo4 with the Navi Button. I can add reset to my list on my standard Beo4, but didn't want to try it in case it messes mine up.
